Latch Finance helped a family group finance the import of vehicles from the US. This was historically undertaken via their Bank overdraft which, given the lead times was impacting on their working capital.

The new facility allows them to continue to expand their domestic operations.

Latch Finance was engaged by a client to finance the purchase of an excavator and supporting equipment.

This was a crucial acquisition which will support the group with delivering on substantial contracts.

WORKING CAPITAL

This is all about “getting ahead of the game”. Latch Finance arranged a $1.2m transaction to inject cash into the business. The company is going through significant growth and the directors held the view that they needed to have cash on board to fund this growth. Smart team and Latch were part of it.
